Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with DeFi Rates for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email support@defirates.iowith the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Subscription Renewals

Monthly and annual subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan mid-cycle, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days on the higher plan.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

• Violation of our Terms of Service
• API key abuse or excessive requests beyond plan limits
• Requests made after the 14-day window (initial purchase only)
• Accounts with a history of repeated refund requests

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
